Quarterly Teleconferences
The Frozen Four participating agencies will hold quarterly teleconferences to allow for the exchange of ideas, discussion of the pooled fund's goals and objectives, identification of means to initiate and monitor priority research projects, and collaboration of research efforts, including research needs, data and solutions to research and technology challenges as well as implementation of research results on an on-going basis.

Face-to-Meetings
The Frozen Four will also hold face-to-face meetings to share and review the results from research projects of common interest in addition to the normal quarterly meeting agenda with the benefit of face-to-face communication.
